Show if blocked or user has disable direct messages

Recently I noticed that you can see if you are banned from a server when trying to join it. But you still can not see if the message was not sent because you were blocked or the receiver has disabled private messages.

It is very annoying, since you do not know if the receiver just disabled direct messages from everyone or if the receiver blocked you.
