Link phishing protection

A link preview should be added to protect against link phishing, such as the one below:

Note the semicolon. The actual link leads to a page asking to add the bot to one of your servers (https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=xxxxx&permissions=0&scope=bot).

Also a security topic should be added to the feedback community topics.

  I'm also surprised users can't flag/report phishing accounts. Has this issue never come up throughout the years?
