Too much URL encoding in iOS app

Example:

https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%A1%E3%82%A4%E3%83%B3%E3%83%9A%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B8

If the above URL is posted, tap this with the iOS app to open the following URL.

https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%25E3%2583%25A1%25E3%2582%25A4%25E3%2583%25B3%25E3%2583%259A%25E3%2583%25BC%25E3%2582%25B8

It doesn't happen with the Windows app and Web version, so it seems to be a bug peculiar to the iOS app.
