Screen sharing. Sound does not work.

I've been watching videos and movies with my gf for a while now. This new version of screen share in DMs appears to be broken.. As the sound suddenly doesn't work. 

It worked the day before. 

She's on her phone. She doesn't hear anything that is playing. 
It's not a full screen share. 
She's joined the stream. 
We've tried different screens. 

Sound does not work.

  I would also like to add that I dislike everyone knowing what I am doing at all times when I share my screen. 
  
  I need an option to hide that. Because I don't like my information being readily presented to people at all times.

  Sorry, I mean in Offline mode. 
  If I want to be left alone for example.

  Update: 
  
  Using another browser, it worked. 
  Google chrome did not provide sound. Discord would always give me the  ( ! ) in the top right corner saying No sound was possible. 
  
  Using firefox, it worked fine. Although a little low.
