Put voice channels inbetween text channels.

I really care about organization on my server, and as you can see in the picture above,
I can only put the General voice chat below #off-topic, which is unfortunate. 

It'd be such a relief if instead I could place it right below #general, as such:

Much better organization, and now I don't have to consider sacrificing #off-topic for it.

I hope you can see how beneficial this feature could be and how much more freedom
it could give users in terms of designing and organizing their servers.
