Why does discord crash my audio all day

My microphone and/or audio crash specifically for Discord, although sometimes this triggers a system-wide audio crash.

This happens seemingly at random, when someone joins/leaves a server, when I join/leave a server, when I switch audio devices.

To rectify this issue, I need to go to my discord settings, and toggle my microphone and audio multiple times. Toggling my mic and audio can also crash my mic and audio.

The app was built by 13 year old script kiddies.
