A "Mix User Volumes" button for VCs
I know this could be a hard task, but I think that Discord needs to have some sort of "Mix User Volumes" button located near where the "Video" and "Screen" buttons when you're in a voice channel.
(All of this is happening in your Discord client, you would'nt affect anyone else in the call)
Pushing the "Mix User Volumes" button would essentially open a tiny window asking if you're sure if you want to confirm your choice, and if you go through with it, the button gets a darker tint while displaying that it's calculating everyone's outgoing microphone volumes. (Also, everyone's volumes is reverted back to its original settings when you leave the call.)
When it's finished, everyone should sound just as loud so that you don't have to go through like 70+ people in a loud VC and manually change the volume yourself. I'd imagine that everyone's new volume level would be just as loud as the Discord SFX you hear when joining and leaving a call!
When you push the button once it's been activated, it'd look like the tiny window that shows up when you want to either change your stream quality or stop streaming; There could be a choice saying "Revert to original user volumes" and also an adjustable volume bar similar to the User Volume adjuster you get when right-clicking people! This volume bar would change everyone's shared volume.
When you right click a specific user again, the User Volume section could look like this:

(The grey circle could be where everyone else's volume is at, and the white one would be your new adjustment.) This section doesn't change until you've disabled the Mixing feature or when you've left the call.
I'd love to see this feature be implemented into Discord, because I have many instances where Voice Chats hurt my ears and there's nothing simple I can do to fix it.
I don't know if this feature would be necessary in Group DMs, seeing as they have a maximum of 10 member slots, but it would be a plus :b
