Show Icon for ACTIVE CHATS

When someone is STREAMING, we see a TV icon over a server.

This is GREAT!

But if we want to find ACTIVE CHATS, we have to FLOAT our mouse pointer over each discord server.

When you are part of DOZENS of servers, it gets a bit tedious...

What I propose is a SPEAKER ICON that shows up over a discord server icon (similar to the TV icon for streamers), that allows users to know when voice calls are active.
