locking channels in a server

On more than one occasion, I've accidentally dragged a channel in my server to another location on the server (IE, dragging a 'user' text channel to a 'manager' category.). Can there be a way that channels can be 'locked' so they can no longer be moved, or reorganized, until they are unlocked?

    Will be a little annoying for other Server Developers. I would find this both useful and annoying.
