Multiple Pop-Out window option for individual participants

I love what discord has done lately with screen-sharing and video sharing in voice channels. There is just one last thing I'd LOVE to see to make this the PERFECT chat program and it is to have the option to pop-out individual separate windows for each screen share or video. Here's why and how it would work.

I have multiple monitors as I'm sure many people do. When I'm in a channel and lets say 4 people are sharing their video, I'd like the option to pop-out to window each person and drag them to different monitors. This way I could see in full-screen size all my friends on all my monitors separately (a monitor for each friend - for as many monitors as I have).

When you have multiple people in a call sharing video or screens, those shares are very small to accommodate the window size to fit them all in, meaning, if I want to see a friend full-sized I have to abandon the rest of my friends to see him (they get shrunk even more or just disappear if it's full-screen/hide members mode).

I wonder what it would take to make this possible? I understand it's not a big deal for people with 2 or less monitors but I think nowadays lots of people are like me and have 3 or more monitors going at a time.
