Push to talk: Stop recording button behaves incorrectly for left-handed mouse on Windows 10

Steps to reproduce:

1) Switch primary and secondary mouse buttons (for left-handed users)

2) Go to Voice and Video

3) Go to Push to talk and start recording keys

4) Press any key on keyboard and try to stop recording using mouse(right button is primary for left-handed users) by clicking on Stop recording button

Actual result: Mouse button is set for Push to talk

Expected result: Pressed key on keyboard should be set for Push to talk
