24hr Time Format

How about a toggle or system option for 24hr time on iPhones? Currently, the only way for that is using English UK, and then that changes the date format and throws the English US people off, and a lot of people use it. I’m sure it can be done, seeing as Windows and Android have an option for it. Personally, I’ve been using 24hr (because I’m a military kid) for so long it confuses me when people who use 12hr time post a screenshot after 24hr time has kicked in.
