User Channel Folders/Favorites

Many servers have a *large* number of channels. And while the server owners can group those channels into categories, those categories may not be ideal for the needs of all users.

It would be extremely helpful if channels could be temporarily moved into a User Folder/Category, the way Servers can now, that would display much like a Category does, but allow someone to focus on a small group of specific channels regardless of what Category the Server owner has put them in.  Or marked as "favorites" or something, and duplicated/displayed in an auto-generated category at the top of the server?
