Communication with the Support Team
Hello,
I sent a ticket to Discord to requested a refund. I recieved the automated email and per the instructions I responded that I would like my ticket to be sent to a support team representative. It has been almost 3 days but I have not had any contact from the support team. I would like to know if this is a typical wait time. Is there another way I could possibly contact Discord about this issue?
