Move the mobile kick and ban buttons to a more convenient place

On an android device, if a server manager taps a user to see their profile, the positioning of the pop-up is such that the "back" button on most Android devices is near or directly over the kick and ban buttons on discord. obviously this may cause some problems among friends.
