The problem with phone number verification

Just recently Discord locked me out of my main account and I have not been able to get back into it. In order to get back into my main account I need to verify with a phone number but I do not have a phone number so there is no way I can get back into my account. I have filled out a support card and I have contacted them on twitter but I have not gotten any response as to how I can get my account back. Its a big problem to me as I contact most of my friends through discord and a lot of them I can not message at the moment because of the state of my account. If anyone can help my by telling me how I can either contact discord and have them actually respond or any way I can get around it while not having a phone number.
