General custom Emojis support

I know there's plenty of posts about this issue, but this is something I've seen being requested since more than a year. 

The idea is simple : allow the use of custom emojis anywhere on the server, as if they were your typical Unicode emojis. This include categories and channels names, server name and users' nicks as well.  Obviously, Nitro users could use their privileges to use other servers's emotes in their nicknames. 

The uses and reasons for this suggestions are quite varied : creating a badge system that can be displayed right on your server nickname, giving a coherent graphic environment to the whole server by the use of custom icons in channel names and so on and so forth.

I truly hope this feature will someday be implemented, it would be so amazing.
