Option for non nitro folks to choose what colour header they want

Considering nitro folks get to choose an image they want for their headers and non nitro people only get a colour that matches with their icon, i think non nitro people should get a colour picker choice in what colour we want our header as. Sometimes depending on our icon the nicest colour doesnt come out. I think it would be a nice add on for non nitro folks while still having perks for nitro users.
