Group edit for admins on a server

Make a selectable option on a text chat for other admins in the server to edit the post. For example, if rules were to change or information in a channel was to change, any admin can make the change instead of waiting for the original poster to be able to edit the message. Could include the names of people who have edited the message at the bottom where the usual *edited* stamp is to show who all has edited the message. Ex: edited; FaultOC, User2, User3.

  This would be an amazing feature to utilize, especially if someone leaves in staff and they posted something that needs to be updated regularly
