Go to Profile/Direct Messages in User Management.

At the moment when you search a member through the servers Members List found in:
"Server Settings > User Management > Members"
There's no way to go directly to their profile or direct messages, this is a problem on mobile and desktop.

In large servers finding specific members can be quite difficult especially if:

They are offline.
You don't have access to mutual channels so you can't ping them in private chats.
You don't know their user tag.

I believe that this feature should be added for ease of use and to improve moderation tools within discord.

This can be easily resolved by adding a "go to profile" or "go to direct messages" option on the dropdown menu.
