[Feature Request] Role admin

Hello reader,

Not sure if discord will actually look at these feature requests but why not try.
My Discord server is a server that allows clan members from a game to talk in their own channel. these servers are private, only members with the clan tag role are able to see/talk in these channels. The problem that i am facing is that more and more people are joining my server and it comes to a point where it's almost impossible to keep adding roles myself.

To solve this it would be a lot better to be able to set an admin for a particular role.  the admin would be able to add/remove roles to/from members thus solving the problem of having to add roles as server owner. 

Currently there is no way of solving this issue, the best that i can find is creating another role higher up than the specific clan role, but there are multiple clans and so you need to create multiple roles and that would still not work because then they would be able to remove/add extra roles +able to add roles lower on the list from other clans.

A role admin can also be used in different scenario for instance if you don't want to give a bot full permission to add extra roles but only want a bot able to add/remove a role that he's admin of to/from another member.

Like i said, i don't know if anyone will ever read this but worth a shot. Also English is not my first language, so if it's hard to read then i am sorry.
