role dependent switch

So the idea is for channels where users may make posts only while they hold a certain role and if they lose that role, they lose their post too, i.e., it is still in the channel but it is not visible but if they regain that role, the post will once more become visible. 

I think that feature could help as a carrot rather than a stick
