Ignore Member in Server / Alternative to Blocking

Add an option to "mute text" in servers of specific members w/o having to block them.

This is a bit odd but I think it could be useful. Some people you mesh with better in 1 on 1 Dm's than in a community setting and sometimes the way they interact with others just cause issues.

For example. This is a bit personal but my ex and a friend are getting very close together. Individually I don't mind them and I want to remain in my server with my friends but sometimes the way they talk just irks me. I think for people like me this would be a very handy setting to have.
