Discord account disabled for chargeback

Hi, my discord account has been disabled for a PayPal chargeback performed on a discord nitro gift purchase I have already asked support to re-enable my account but they haven't answered yet, I asked myself this question, that code was bought without my knowledge by a hacker and I redeemed it before That it may have been redeemed elsewhere and the chargeback occurred 5 days after this, being that the chargeback has not ended in fact I have not been refunded, I will be able to have my account back?
