Can't see Username's numbers

I don't know if this is a new feature but as an Admin it is extremely frustating.

I run an online convention and people use a channel to check into the backstage area. For some reason, I've had several people check in where I cannot see their Discord numbers to confirm that it's them and not an imposter.

So I'm having to DM them or Email them to confirm they are actually this person checking in.

Usually when you click someone's name you can get Name#Numbers but it's just showing me their name. 

If there could be a way to see those numbers, that would great.

    Hello there!

    Have you checked if you have Streamer mode enabled? if so, go to your profile settings, go to the App Settings category, find a button named Streamer Mode (then click it), and click the "Enable Streamer Mode" if the button is gray. Image attached!

    For some reason, Streamer Mode was STUCK on. ;;;;;;;w;;;;
