Gif Favorites

Whenever I log out of my account and come back in I can never see my saved gifs anymore. But when I find them again the star is still selected, when I remove and favorite them again it lags and then the favorite gifs don't even load. I'm simply scrolling through a dark screen with no gifs even though it says that I have gifs saved in favorites. Please find a way to fix this!!
