Onboarding for new users

Hi team

Some quick feedback as a brand new user.

This is not what I expected at all (in a good way!)
But I have no idea where to start, what to do, or how to find any information of what i'm looking at. Theres alot going on. and I kinda feel like giving up (which sucks!)

IMO for me, top priority feature improvements are search and discovery and onboarding.
