Waiting 5 days on Discord Support. Nothing at all. Do they have actual people for support or bots?

As the title asks. My account was disabled for violating discord's TOS due to someone managing to get my PW and log in. It was disabled for sharing account info or something like that.

I put in a request on Monday July 5 and here it is Saturday the 10th and still not a single reply from discord and the account is still disabled. It's kind of off-putting to be honest and really makes me question using their service going forward if they don't even offer real support. Why don't they have a live chat support feature or something to get on the spot help?
