Allow servers to change the maximum length of a message

While the current 2000 character limit on messages works in most cases, there are many servers that discuss highly in depth topics in politics, science, and mathematics. Because of this many messages on these servers need to be broken into several messages to be posted, which is inconvenient. This is especially bad in times of high activity when, in the time it takes for you to post your response/message in multiple parts other messages have been sent, leading to your original message being hard to read by others.

Simply raising the character limit globally could be bad for servers that have to deal with frequent spam, however for other severs it would be a big quality of life improvement. I think that the best compromise is to allow each server to determine its own character limit. perhaps it could range from 100 characters to 10,000 characters.

By implementing this servers can reduce spam and facilitate more in depth discussion about technical topics. Thanks to anyone who reads this, others feel the same way about this.
