Account disabled and deleted without a single warning

My discord account got disabled out of the blue for "spamming and/or platform abuse". I sent multiple appeals and query emails which all got automated answers. I received no reply to my further inquiries. Discord support did not respond to my tweets or Twitter DMs either. Today I found out that my account got permanently deleted. I received no email or notification about this. I've been a long time user and a nitro supporter. If I had ever received a warning that I was doing something wrong or was in a server that was against TOS I would have dealt with it and avoided all of this. Using an automated method of banning is bound to have flaws but I feel like Discord has no motivation to fix them. Suffice to say, this ordeal has left me with a very poor image of Discord and I will no longer be a nitro supporter. Discord needs to rework their support system for me to even consider suggesting their platform. I know I'm not the only one who's been through this and now I know how powerless you can feel. Discord, I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

Okay, I received an email based on my concern with an account of mine, trying to recover my main one. Basically, it said mine got caught in their spam filter. After further review of my situation, they went ahead and lifted the suspension on my discord account. Guys you might recover yours if you keep emailing them, I mean tbh I stopped emailing them for a long time but maybe if you emailed like 5 times, they'll notice it.

I'm not sure I got caught in a spam filter. I might've been in a server that was against TOS unknowingly. I was in 20+ servers but actively only in 2 or 3 which all followed the guidelines. Still, there was never any warning that I was in a bad server. I've heard that servers getting "nuked" is rather common though.
It's also not okay that you as a user have to send over five emails to even have a chance to receive an answer.

I mean the issue why I got caught in the spam filter cause I dm new people that in quantity they consider spammy, it doesn't matter if the first messages you sent are all the same. We received the same email I bet, they said you can wait 72 hours for a response, maybe you can email them again after 72 hours, my first account got disabled on the 16th of last month, the second one a few days after that which I recovered just now, hopefully, you'll still recover yours and reimburse you or something with the nitro days you haven't used since you're disabling.
