A question about partner program
So, I applied for the partner program 2 times,and each time it was rejected, my server has 1.5k+ people and active members, but it is Russian and is focused at the Russian community (mostly), so can it be that the partner program is rejected due to the fact that the server is Russian? (Im sorry for the errors in the text).

I doubt discord would care enough about the server being russian.
