idee: add a permission

What I thought was handy about a role: 'that you can choose an option where people with those ranks are still under another rank in the memberlist but that you are higher in the list on the basis of certain ranks (but still under another role)'.

eg:
main role: 'member
additional role 1: 'rank 1'
additional role 2: 'rank 2

user list:
Members:
user 1: (ranks : member & rank 1)
user 2: (ranks: member & rank 2)
user 3: (ranks: member)
