Discord Should Improve their Customer Support.
Discord customer support is the worst i ever had so far and i already had to contact many other customer support over the years and some considered bad, but discord is way over bad.

Customer support is expensive. Even more so in that Discord appears to support multiple languages. At this point, I suspect Discord is hoping to get purchased and gutted.

From what I have seen discord doing with the money they have, they should be able to have decent customer support. It's more about them not caring to give decent customer support than it being expensive in my opinion.

That's the thing about money. People always want more. ^_^ People making more money are encouraged to believe that they are superior to those making less. So it boils down to cost vs benefit. The benefit of making even more money can outweigh the cost of addressing a few rare problems. So far, it looks like the user base is tolerating the hacking, automated banning and theft reported in these forums.

I totally agree. I recently got hacked. Like big time not just on Discord. They got into everything where I failed to put up 2FA, including my Youtube - and yes I had different passwords for these. EVERY OTHER PLATFORM resolved the issue within 12 to 24 hours. From Discord only crickets. I do not believe I had contact with a human being yet. Sent two tickets, one about a week ago, one fairly recently. Responded to that automates message as asked by said message and got the same copy-paste message back twice, that proofs to me that the content of my ticket and its attachment was not taken into account at all, which is why I think I have yet to reach a human person. And when I came here I've just seen a plethora of threads with but the same effing story and none of them received any help?! I've also seen on here that the kind of hack that affected me and many others has been going around for 2! Years now! And all discord seem to be doing is bury their head in the sand, let their bots and algorithms deal with it and hope it goes away by itself. Let me repeat, even Youtube helped me out within 24 hours. And I am not even a content creator, so I am not making them a dime. Unlike Discord who got money off of me for server boosts and Nitro. And now I am cut off of communication. I am a Twitch Streamer with no way to get in touch with her community outside of streaming now. I have barely any way to network with other twitch streamers now. I also play several games where Guilds/Alliances communicate and organize stuff via Discord as well, which I also don't have access too now. And I cannot even create a new account because my phone number is "invalid" - probably because it's still linked to that disabled account. I do not have a second number or spare sim, so if Discord forces me to spent money just so I can use their FREE SERVICE just because they demand an effing phone number to verify - even with 2FA on they force you to have a number attached to the account....why?! Really, Discord, get your sh*t together. SMS verification is so unsecure, too, from what I've researched in the past few days of this happening to me.
