Profile picture quality (Pixelated and Crunchy)

Ever since the newest update yesterday, any new profile picture I update on iOS mobile becomes pixelated and crunchy. Has anybody else been able to fix this and does anybody have any solutions?

    I have the same problem atm… The apple version still cant see transparent backgrounds either since an update last year I think.

    I have the same problem, and I don't want to have to go on my computer every time I want to change my profile picture just to have it be a good quality image.

    I also have the same problem, whenever I try to change my icon it’s always pixelated.

    Maybe going on the browser version on your phone & changing your icon from there could fix the problem?

    Same it won’t work at all I’m starting to hate being on discord I just want my pfp to look like it use to :/

    I have the same problem, I tried changing my pfp on different accounts but it’s still the same.

    hi hi! to fix this problem to the best of ur ability right now, go to https://discordapp.com/channels/@me in browser and hit the settings button to go and change ur profile picture. rotate your phone sideways though since it’s easier and make sure your photos are already pre-cropped the way you want them to look.
