new feature: emoticon to custom emoji conversion

what if you could make it so if you do an emoticon like :O it would do a custom emoji or image (if you have nitro) but if you dont have nitro then you can change it to any default emoji and also you should be able to add new emoticons (eg. |> for pizza or something) and you should be able to enable and disable emoticon to emoji conversion for specific emoticons
