H.265 embedding

H.265 embedding should be added to Discord. Currently, they just appear as downloadable files.

  I'm pretty sure this is a licensing issue, as this is a proprietary codec that also your very OS has trouble creating thumbnails for these videos.

  H.264 (which Discord supports) requires licensing as well, unless I've understood something incorrectly.

  HEVC would just generally be really good for Discord to support considering the large storage savings.

  Or at least Discord could maybe implement a way to re-encode videos quickly on the fly like on iOS.
