Duration of discord reply?

I've been waiting more than 2 days for a reply of Discord support. My account recently got disabled for no reason and I applied for it but they never answer. 

If there's someone of the staffmembers out there, would you look into my appeal? I've sent 2 appeals, the messages codes are: "15244249" and "15230079"
