New Badges

I'm going to suggest 3 new badges.

1.Tier I: For people that collected HypeSquad,Nitro,Boost.These badges will combine into 1 badge and become Tier I badge.

2.Tier II:For people who collected HypeSquad,Nitro,Boost,Partnered.These badges will combine into 1 badge and become Tier II badge.

3.Tier III:For people who collected HypeSquad,Nitro,Boost,Partnered,HypeSquad Events and Bug Hunter.These badges will combine into 1 badge and become Tier III badge.

If you ask me why Discord Staff Badge and Early Supporter Badge is not included in those 3 new badges.Here's the reason why,because not all of the people could get those 2 badges and Early Supporter Badge is not available anymore.
