It says you’re banned but you’ve never been in the server

I was an admin in a server my brother got all his power taken away from him after he tried his best to help the server I was mad and try to get the story no one would tell me I got pushy and aggressive I see that I got banned got to my alt because my puppy’s ash’s just came home and I wanted to tell them about how he’s home now but his Channel was deleted I got mad then realized oh wait I should probably just apologize so I can get my main back in here and handle this professionally but in the middle of my apology I got banned I made another alt but it said I was banned on that to but I have never been in the server with that alt I feel so guilty and I want to apologize to everyone my birthdays tomorrow and I wanna get this over with today why why

  Everything was worked out I’m back I don’t know why my alts were banned but I’m back in the server
