Event Tracking / Scheduling by right click.

I noticed a lot of people have submitted scheduling and evet tracking requests, but have not proposed a method. 

I hereby suggest an event tag be made that allows a person to flag a time-stamp in a particular format  00:00:00 UTC for example, and allow the event marker to make the event a selectable link or box. When selected it would add the event to a calendar and then when the event was about to happen, it would somehow alert the user either via dm or via pop up notification the event was about to begin. This could all be done within the api.. which has somewhat similar features such as with external html, but instead would trigger an in-api event to add the event to an event roster.

Submitted to text chat as in theory, this would happen within the chat screens/rooms.
