While adding payment information, discord shows the part you entered incorrectly in red. Fix it and try again. If that didn't work, go to https://support.discord.com/hc/en/requests/new and select "Epic Games Store Issues" from the "Help & Support" section and describe it there as you described here. They will assist you as soon as possible. Also, if you have used nitro before, unfortunately you cannot use it.
