My account is sending spam messages

I woke up today and i found that got banned from some discord servers, and i found out that my account was sending spam messages for free nitro with a scam link. I formatted my pc, changed all my passwords and activated the 2AF on every account but the problem is : im i safe now? And how did they get access to my account ( i didn't click any link)

  You opened a token logger or got ratted.

  (most likely just token logged)

  You opened a file that grabbed the token of your discord account(with tokens you dont need a user/pass to login) and a bot or person logged in and spammed links to get other peoples tokens, which they can do anything with. Eg, tell all logged ppl to join a server and spam in general/mass ping, friend req spam someone, dm spam someone.
  
  edit: changing your pswd should change your token, which i would imagine you did

  I firmatted ly pc and Yes i already changed all my passwords gmail discord...... Everything and enabled 2fa

  i just changed my passwords seems like it worked but should i take it more srs?
