I can't add emojis

I can't add emojis it say file nust be lower than 256 kb but the file is lower than 256 kb but it still say file is larger than 256 kb so I can't add emojis for days, I had this issue before but it got fixed the next day but now it's not working for days

  i think it crossed the limits of max emoji
