Bring back sound packs!

I've attatched really bad memories with the normal discord ping notification sound and I'd really like it if it was possible to customize the sounds you want for your notifications.

When the sound packs were added for April Fools I was so excited and I loved the chaos sound pack but then it was removed and I've been really disappointed about it ever since. 

Please bring back sound packs!
