What discord is lacking is the ability to talk across different channels.

Having to leave a channel to talk to someone else and then moving back is not a good thing.

Teamspeak has this and so does Guilded. This is by far the most lacking thing on discord.

  YES! This is so needed, the ability to assign certain members to be able to talk to all channels or, be able to set a group of people that are able to voice chat to each other while being in separate channels.
