Report User feature - suggestion

I think it'd be really useful if you added a "Report" feature below the "Block" feature right here:

This Report feature should have different reasons that the user can choose from when reporting another user to the Trust and Safety.

  I agree- Especially with all the phishing scams going on in discord with bots lately. A report feature would be really nice to have and would help a lot of people out.
