Move or add option to disable the speak message option

The speak message option shouldn't be right above delete message. If you are trying to delete a message you don't want to be accidentally broadcasting it out to everyone around you. This could be a huge privacy issue and even worse an issue in a possibly abusive household. Discord at the very least should move the option away from delete but preferably add an option to disable/remove it all together in the accessibility options if the user chooses to.
