Account Stats & Karma

Hello, I think there should be global stats per account, that shows total reactions, karma and more maybe. This is not a big or useful feature but it might make users think before reacting, for server owners, emojis are categorized into Positive Neutral and Negative emojis, let's say you have a toxic reaction so that user who reacted with it gets karma for that.

Server owners sometimes ping everyone when posting an ad or something not important, and people put negative reactions (like :whyPing: etc...) I think it should not affect karma.

  perhaps there could then be a designated up and downvote reaction so that it doesn't affect other reactions too much
