Server list scrolling is buggy on desktop

Sometimes when you scroll down on the server list on the desktop client it will stop every now and then and pause (idk how else to explain it). I've never had this issue until the recent updates and my friend also has a very similar issue.

  The person above is correct, I also face this issue and it's getting a bit annoying.
