Display Role Icons next to name in Compact view

Basically title. The role icons don't really take any superfluous space on screen to warrant not being displayed on compact view. Compact really helps with keeping a wider view of the messages that get sent on a daily basis. I'm in a server with over 300k+ members with overlapping role colors, The Balance, "mentors" names are in pink but there are 18 different types of mentors roles of equal standing, and just as many "helpers" in purple names, plus the moderators and admins roles and so on. We obviously won't have 40+ role colors so the icons would really help in identifying who's what at a glance without having to click on a name to know what specific role they are assigned.
